How we are funded

291 Creative Hub are grateful for the funding we have received from the National Lottery Communities Fund, which will allow us to continue our work for a further 3 years.

We are also especially grateful to Veolia and All Churches Trust whose support enabled the refurbishment of the building.

We are very grateful to Heart of England and all of the funders who have helped us thus far and look forward to working with those that understand our vision and wish to help us in continuing our commitment to helping the older people of West Bromwich and Sandwell.

We would like to thank our supporters:

We would like to thank Wesley Methodist Church and its members for not only their financial support but also their encouragement with the work that we are doing.

We are extremely grateful for the number of volunteers from the church without whose help 291 Creative Hub would not be able to offer the range of activities which we do.

The National Lottery Reaching Communities Fund is supporting the 291 Community Association CIO with a 3 year grant. They also supported us during the recent pandemic with Emergency Funding to ensure we survived. Likewise we received Emergency funding from England Sports.

We have also received grants from Heart of England, Albert Hunt Trust & Eveson Trust.

We are also grateful to a number of local Masonic Lodges…

With a special thanks going to the Walton Walker & Sandwell Lodge.

Aviva and Crowd Funding enabled us to have an online fund raising promotion. (linked with crowd funding).

The recent refurbishment of the Kitchen and security upgrade by replacement of all external entrance doors, double glazed windows to the Institute and intruder alarm system were enabled by funding from Veolia, All Churches Trust, West Brom Building Society Foundation, Rank Foundation Peebles Grant, E&D Cadbury, Michael Marsh, Grimmett Trust, Leeds Building Society, Beatrice Laing Trust and WE Dunn.
